With life cycle management I mean a planned development ofthe couples carrier anda planned improvement of their skills on key essentials such as : Style, Movement, Technique and Art. A planned developmentin balance with the available talent, money, time and will to win that the couple has. When to learn what to a couple is essential to reach targets in time in the life cycle of a couple.
